Ok, so I forgot to update during game!
I would have, had it not been as stable busy as it was. I kept getting customers with various questions, and did my most diligent to help them out. But I must say tonight was one of my favourite shifts EVER!!! Why? Read on.........
There are 3 single, older women (mid to late 30s I would guess), who come quite often to my window after games looking to exchange for better tickets. I usually oblige, and seeing as they are always so cheery and great with me, try to do my best, often using my limited powers to hook them up with tickets. Today they came in wearing t-shirts I thought were cool and I managed to compliment them on the shirts. They courteously mentioned that they would be sure to get one for me for next time, to which I coyly joked that it wasn't necessary, gave them their tickets and said my goodbyes. After about FIVE minutes, they come back with this for me:

Pretty impressive eh? I've never been so happy to receive a gift! Well, that may be a stretch but I was overjoyed with how kind customers can be if you're kind to them. That shirt is SO going to be on my body tomorrow all day!
With regards to today's game. Started off funny enough with Randy Johnson being ejected for arguing balls and strikes. I don't know about you, but if I saw this 7 foot giant of a man argue with me , I'd let him have whatever the hell he wanted!

Anyhow, as usual the jays initially were getting whupped 11-4, then came back to make it 11-10, ultimately losing it quickly in the bottom of the 9th. Story of the season!
Well I'm off to watch another episode or two of 24 before bed, and bask in the glory of the fact that my favourite show on televison, Spooks (aka MI-5 in North America), is back on the BBC for a new series. And thanks to the advent of Torrent technology, I've snagged the first 3 episodes, which are yet to have aired on Canadian television! Huzzah!
Album I recommend for today : Bombay Rockers - Sexy Mama
